Five phases — from trial to an ongoing partnership
Demo
We deliver one or two workflows at €750 per workflow, so you can see the value of AI in your own environment. Introduction, workshop, feasibility analysis, and a working demo for you to try. You decide on the service only after the demo — try first, commit only once you've seen the value.
Quote and order
After the demo we prepare a quote for the service you choose, draw up the contracts, and agree the schedule transparently before any work begins. Time: 1–2 weeks.
Goals and workflows
We define the goals for AI-assisted work, map the workflows to improve in workshops, and prioritise them. You choose which are delivered during onboarding and which during the ongoing service. Time: 2–3 weeks.
Onboarding
We set up your company's shared operating environment and connect it to your Microsoft M365 environment. We run the onboarding training, deliver the user instructions, and hand AI Factory over to you. The workflows you selected are delivered at the per-workflow development price, and the demo work is moved into production. Time: 2–5 weeks depending on the number of workflows to be delivered.
Ongoing service
Service usage covers maintenance plus monitoring and supervision at a fixed monthly price. New workflows, agents, and integrations are delivered at the per-workflow development price as the need arises. We track results in regular service meetings and refine workflows as needed. The partnership grows with your team.
Schedules are conditional on the permissions and information available from the customer (integrations, interfaces, customer environments). Large (L-size) implementations take longer to deliver.

What do S, M, and L mean?
Development in AI Factory covers three areas. Each of them is sized as S, M, or L.
Data retrieval and storage
Connections to systems, applications, and other data sources
- S
- A connection to one system from which AI Factory retrieves and stores basic information. For example, customer data from a CRM.
- M
- A connection to a system with stronger authentication and several functions. Includes data transformations and error handling.
- L
- A multi-system entity at a high security level. Includes access restrictions and automated tests.
Specialists
AI agents trained for a task
- S
- One agent for one clear, repeating task using one data source. For example, summarise a meeting or draft the opening of a quote.
- M
- A multi-step agent that combines 2–4 data sources and can apply your company's own rules and logic.
- L
- An independently operating agent with 5+ data sources. A human confirms critical decisions. Operational monitoring is included.
Workflows
Fully or partly automated tasks (processes and routines)

- One trigger, one outcome. For example, schedule a report every Monday at 8am. Basic monitoring is included.

- A multi-step automation across 2–3 systems. Reacts to exceptions and retries on errors.

The size class of the work is determined from the description drawn up for the workflow.
