The assessment is carried out through interviews and existing documentation. The result is a written report that we review together. You decide how to proceed.

Sustainable digitalisation requires a solid foundation. In this phase, we plan how your organisation's operations, management, and IT environment can support digital development. We review processes, organisational structure, management systems, IT architecture, data quality, and security.
